Diplomats must help fight pollution: Envoy

The embassy of Armenia has advocated participation of the diplomatic community in Delhi in fighting pollution in the city. 

Reacting to HT’s report on the New Delhi Municipal Council setting up a park having trees from all countries, Armen Martirosyan, the ambassador of Armenia, wrote: “New Delhi boasts one of the largest diplomatic communities in the world, and as a member of this community I can attest to the fact that it’s per capita car ownership rate is significantly higher than New Delhi’s average.” Read more:
