Enterprise Armenia participated in the 27th World Investment Conference

From December 11 to 14, 2023, Enterprise Armenia participated in the 27th World Investment Conference of World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA), held in New Delhi, Republic of India. The conference aimed to foster a constructive dialogue between investors and Investment Promotion Agencies (IPA), enhance regional collaboration, strengthen IPA capabilities, and cultivate sectorial partnerships.
Within the framework of the conference, the delegation of Enterprise Armenia, led by General Director Levon Ohanesyan, engaged in meetings with the international business community and partner organizations. Enterprise Armenia representatives deliberated on Armenia's investment potential, the key aspects of the state's business environment policy, and initiatives related to promoting foreign direct investment, as well as state support programs.
During the exhibition, the Armenian Ambassador to India, Mr. Vahagn Afyan, visited the Armenian booth. The perspectives of Armenian-Indian business cooperation and joint investment initiatives were on the focus of the discussions.
At the 27th World Investment Conference, on December 13, Aram Vardanyan, Investment Director of Enterprise Armenia participated in the panel discussion titled “ICT & Technology” within the framework of the “IPA-Investor Connect” session. Investment Director of Enterprise Armenia delivered a presentation on the investment climate and business opportunities in Armenia. Particularly, current ICT trends and state support programs were presented.
