Tourism forum held in Chennai

On January 27, the Embassy of Armenia in India jointly with the Honorary Consul of Armenia in Chennai organized the tourism forum at the Honorary Consulate, which was attended by the representatives of the Armenian travel companies Going2Armenia and IDeA Ani Barseghyan and Armen Minasyan and the leading tourism industry representatives from the state of Tamil Nadu. Kristina Sargsyan represented the Delhi based company Mystique Mantras Travel, which is actively engaged in the tourism promotion from India to Armenia, at the business forum.

 

The Indian companies demonstrated great interest towards Armenia and the parties agreed to develop mutually beneficial cooperation. The representatives of the Armenian companies arrived in India for participation at the SATTE International Travel and Tourism Trade Show held at New Delhi on January 29-31, which is the largest tourism expo in the region. Presently the number of Indian tourists visiting Armenia is on the rise.
