India is DIGITECH-2016 partner country

On September 30, the 12th annual international technological exhibition DigiTec Expo 2016 was launched in Yerevan. India was represented at the exhibition by 4 Indian IT companies. The inaugural ceremony was attended by the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, who visited the Indian pavilion and talked to Honorary Consul of Armenia in Chennai Shivkumar Eashwaran, who briefed the President about the preliminary results of Armenian-Indian Business Forum held earlier.

This year the Union of IT Enterprises of Armenia declared India as a Partner country of the exhibition. After B2B meetings, the Indian businessmen have praised the potential of Armenian IT sector and expressed a desire to establish mutually beneficial cooperation with the Armenian companies.
