Economic opportunities of women in Armenia are discussed in New Delhi

On May 10, the Women Economic Forum was launched at New Delhi, which witnessd participation of delegates from over 50 countries around the globe. The goal of the conference was to present and discuss women's business experience in various countries, as well as to foster the establishment of business relations between women entrepreneurs and organizations.

Within the framework of the forum, a separate panel discussion was dedicated to women rights in Armenia, economic opportunities and their business development. Ambassador of Armenia Armen Martirosyan presented the opening remarks, which were followed by comprehesive country presentation by Delhi University PhD student Anush Gasparyan. The panelists also addressed the numerous questions from the members of the audience.
