VISA for citizens of India

VISA TO ENTER ARMENIA IS MANDATORY; IT IS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN IN ADVANCE THROUGH THE E-VISA SYSTEM OR BY APPLYING TO THE DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES (THOSE CITIZENS WHO TRAVEL TO ARMENIA FROM THIRD COUNTRIES).

 

WE REPEAT ONCE AGAIN; IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET ARMENIAN VISA UPON ARRIVAL AT THE BORDER CHECKPOINTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA.

     

        Citizens of India obtain Armenian entry visa: 
  • Through e-Visa Issuance System
  • By applying to any Embassy of Armenia abroad with the documents mentioned below:
  1. Visa application form with one passport-size color photo
  2. Passport and its photocopy
  3. The printout of the online payment of the visa fee

The information about the fees for consular services is available here. After choosing the necessary visa    type, the online payment should be made by clicking"Pay" and then selecting "India (New Delhi)". Online payment can be made for more than one person by using the same PayPal account or credit card, but the full name of the applicant for whom the payment is made should be mentioned each time.

     4. Cover letter

A single cover letter must be submitted for families and groups. The list of the group members must be attached.

 

With the aim to minimize the risk of the exposure and prevent the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), all visa applicants are advised to refrain from submitting visa applications to the Embassy and apply for Armenian E-Visa, for their own conveniencee

Beware of fraudulent job offers & fake e-Visas!

IMPORTANT!

 

  • The applicants apply to the Embassy of Armenia in person or through a travel agent by providing him/her a letter of authorization.
  • Visa processing time is 10 working days.
  • In case of rejection, the Embassy does not provide any clarifications or comments.
  • In India it is only the Embassy of Armenia in New Delhi that provides consular services.
